These beachfront lots are located at Pretty Bush on Utila’s southern shore, with views across the Caribbean Sea to the Cerros de Cangrejal mountain range on the Honduras mainland, and from the shoreline, views to Utila Town Center 1.95 miles [3.14 km] distant to the east and to the Utila Cays 3.27 miles [5.27 km] distant to the west. Municipal 110/220v power can be obtained from the power transmission mains that run from Utila Town to the Cays past the rear boundaries of the Lots. Fresh water is via rainwater catchment or, following the commissioning of the water desalination plant in Utila Town in Sept 2008, connection to the water mains currently running along the rear boundary of the property.

The Lots have been cleared and are ready for building, (a home is currently under construction on Lot 4). Mature growth trees and tropical plants have been retained, including native wild almonds and coconut palms, but may be removed if required by owners house building plans.
