Paradise Regained Beach House
Built in 2007, this beachfront property is offered fully furnished with all appliances and linens - ready to move in. The property was designed such that the main 2nd floor house could be lived in by the owners when they are visiting Utila or operated as beach vacation rental when they are away. 2 ground floor studio apartments are offered as upmarket rentals all year round and a separate 'Casita' (small house in Spanish) is provided on the grounds for live-in caretakers who also manage the property and provide a 24-hour concierge service to rental clients.
Location on Utila
The Lot
Just off the Old Airport Road, and 5 minutes bicycle ride from Utila town center, the 0.239 Acre [966.55 sq m] property fronts directly onto 100 ft [30.48 m] of beachfront shoreline. Shore entry scuba diving is possible and 8 buoy-marked dive sites are within 400 yards [365 m] of the water entry points of the property shoreline, the closest (50 yards [45 m] away) being Utila's fabulous Airport Caves. In addition to scuba diving, Bonefish and Permit fishing is possible from the property shoreline.
Tidal Pool with Bridges
Extensive shoreline improvements have been undertaken by the owner, including the creation of a multiple inlet tidal pool that is providing a natural habitat and breeding ground for tropical reef fish, lobsters and moray eels - an aquarium right in your front yard. The tidal pool wraps around a number of man-made islet with a cliff rock sea wall to the ocean side. Crossed by three wooden bridges, two with rock walls, the other forming the base of a gazebo or palapya, the islets with recently planted palm trees provides an open entertaining or sun-tanning area. So attractive are these improvements that the neighboring properties have funded extensions of this area to their own beachfronts.

Buildings

All windows and doors are fabricated with white vinyl coated aluminum and fitted with screens. Open Plan Kitchen
The Kitchen with ceramic worktops, fitted cabinetry and wet bar, includes all appliances; (microwave, 4 burner gas stove with oven, refrigerator), and crockery and utensils. Exiting off the Great Room are;
Four bedrooms (two to each side) with adjoining full Bathrooms (Shower, Bath, Toilet, Handbasin and Vanity Units). 2 bedrooms have double beds, 2 have large twin beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, A/C, ceiling fans and screened doors opening onto the deck.
